organic Arnica Oil

Arnica oil is made up of about 50 percent fatty acids, including linolenic, palmitic, linoleic and myristic acids. The other 50 percent is a mixture of thymol, various ethers of thymol, thymohydroquinone dimethyl ether and phlorol isobutyrate which attributes to Arnica oil's anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. Thymol is found to be effective as a vasodilator of subcutaneous blood capillaries. This can facilitate the transport of blood and fluid accumulations and acts as an anti-inflammatory to assist normal healing processes. Arnica oil has been shown to increase the flow of white blood cells that process congested blood to help reduce fluid from injured tissues, joints and muscles.

Eucalyptus

Eucalyptus has many innate properties that make it an excellent choice for treating many skin conditions. It is a natural antiseptic with antifungal, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties making it highly effective in treating some common skin issues.

organic Hemp Seed Oil

Hemp oil has a number of beneficial traits. Hemp oil encourages skin regeneration, is loaded with calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and zinc. It's also known for it's high concentration of anti-oxidants, essential fatty acids (Omega-3 and Omega-6) and has anti-inflammatory properties that can combat arthritis inflammation.  This oil can also help treat psoriasis as this is potentially caused by a lack Omega-6 fatty acids in the body. These naturally occurring fatty acids in hemp oil can also oxygenate skin and improve hydration. Hemp oil is produced from Hemp seeds which does not produce the psycho-active effect like it's mature version, marajuana. It has been successfully used in conjunctions with pain management regimens and a number of other treatments such as chemotherapy or radiation.

Magnesium Chloride Flakes

The benefits of a magnesium bath - detoxifying, soothing and has been show to relieve pain. A soothing magnesium chloride salt bath can quickly relax muscles and relieves stress. Soaking in magnesium salt flakes has been shown to improve skin hydration, speed wound healing, enhance skin barrier function, and decrease inflammation.

Mediterranean Dead Sea Salt

Bathing in salt helps the skin to regenerate while reducing inflammation, pain, supporting detoxification, and soothing sore muscles. It has been shown to treat psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, eczema, and dandruff.

Menthol

Menthol crystals can be used to alleviate nausea, especially when the nausea is due to motion sickness.  This is because peppermint (which is used in making menthol crystals) is a natural carminative herb, allowing it to settle the digestive system. Used as aromatherapy, the scent can be used to provide relief of stress, anxiety, nervousness, reduces inflammation, also opens up the sinuses. Menthol crystals can also reduce itching.
